Last week, I mailed our report of marriage to the embassy in Washington DC. This certain form is one of the requirements so I can renew my passport and use my married name on it. I will await the result and then we might go ahead and plan for a trip to DC for my passport. I hope there will be no problems with it and the papers will be processed so I can apply for my passport this month. If only we can do it here in the state where we live like we did the rest of the immigration stuff but no we have to travel over 500 miles for the application alone. I might have to call and ask what I need to bring so the trip will not be wasted in case they sprout up requirements we forget to bring.
